Join me on a transformative yoga experience that combines the power of vinyasa flow with the calming practice of pranayama. All levels vinyasa flow yoga class at Cramlington Village Community Centre.
Start the week with a combination of grounding breathwork, a fluid vinyasa flow followed by a restorative meditation that will leave you feeling ready to take on the rest of your week.
Some yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if possible.
